Shipping & Delivery Policy for Haatak

This policy outlines the terms and procedures for shipping and delivery when you use our services through our website, WAP site, or mobile applications. Order Confirmation for Shipping
Final Orders: Once an order for purchase or sale is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. All orders are final post-confirmation.
Order Changes: No changes can be made after confirmation, including modifications to the delivery address or product specifications.
Order Verification: We may contact you to verify details before processing. Any discrepancies must be resolved before the order is finalized.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed based on product availability and operational capacity. Haatak is not liable for delays post-confirmation.
Delivery Process for Shipping
Registered Address: Deliveries are made exclusively to the address registered by the customer. Proof of identity is required at the time of delivery for verification.
Missed Delivery: If the recipient is unavailable, one more delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the vault and the corresponding gold amount will be credited to the customer's account. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.
Force Majeure: Haatak is not responsible for delays or non-fulfillment of deliveries due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or system failures.
Customer Responsibility: The package will be delivered only to the registered recipient with OTP verification. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accuracy of address and availability for receipt. Haatak is not liable for any loss, delay, or failed delivery due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability.
Package Inspection after Shipping
Check Upon Delivery: Inspect the package at the time of delivery to ensure it is untampered and in acceptable condition. Returns and refunds are not allowed after acceptance.
Quality Assurance: All products shipped are 100% certified. In case of quality-related concerns, contact support@haatak.com immediately. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges: No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the order is confirmed and delivery accepted. Requests due to post-delivery dissatisfaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require verification.
Transaction Fees: If the refund/exchange arises from an error on Haatak’s part, we will bear transaction fees. Otherwise, customers are responsible for all associated fees.
