Order Confirmation
Once an order for purchase or sale is confirmed by the customer, refunds or cancellations are not permitted. All orders are final upon confirmation.
Delivery Terms
Delivery Address:
Deliveries will only be made to the registered address provided by the customer.
Proof of identity may be required at the time of delivery for verification by the courier partner.
Failed Deliveries:
If no one is available at the registered address, the delivery will be attempted at least once more.
If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be returned to the vault, and the customer's account will be credited with the corresponding grams of gold.
Shipping charges will apply again if the customer requests re-delivery.
